My Story

I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember—my parents kept me in the kitchen from day one. I hated cooking (too fast‑paced, too chaotic), but baking? Baking is precise, calm, and basically free therapy. Now I’m a full‑time student at UNT majoring in Technical Communication, Class of 2028, and when I’m not baking, I’m playing The Sims 2, 3, & 4, running around in FPS games like COD, or causing chaos on GTA 5 Online.

One more thing you should know: I HATE NUTS. They ruin every dessert they touch. So almost everything I bake is nut‑free—unless someone specifically requests peanut butter cookies, because I’m not a monster.
